Rates
State Bail Bonds
Home owners, Local Union members, and Attorney Referral client's the rate is 8%, discounted 2%.
If you have missed your court date, and you would like to go back to court, we would happily reinstate your bail bond with your court.
When you have purchased your bail bond with us, and subsequently your court has increased your bail, we would only charge you the addition of the amount of increase of your bail bond.
Federal Bail Bonds
Federal District courts for Corporate Surety Bonds the rate is 12%.
Federal property bonds the rate is 4%. We handle all appraisals, title policy, trust deeds, county clerks recordings, certified copies, and Federal application, along with our appearance in court for bail review with assistant U.S. attorney, and filling the bond with criminal clerks office.
To start the release process we need the following information:
1. Defendant's name
2. Court case number
3. Defendant's attorney name and phone number
When you have purchased your bail bond with us, and subsequently your court has increased your bail, we would only charge you the addition of the amount of increase of your bail bond.
Immigration Bail Bonds
We bail out the arrestee on bonds nationwide and the rate is 12% percent.
To start the release process we need the following information:
1. Alien name
2. Alien registration number
3. Name of the facility where the alien is being held
